Job Requirements 
  • Triaxle Dump Truck Experience 
  • Class A or B CDL License required 
  • Must read and write in English 
  • Must be punctual and reliable 
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports 
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks 
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance 
  • Load and unload materials safely using forklifts or manual methods as needed 
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety and DOT regulations 
  • Communicate job site needs, delays, or issues with supervisors or dispatch 
  • Transport materials and equipment to construction sites, or delivery locations 
Job Requirements  
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred 
  • Must be punctual and reliable 
  • Assist in setting forms and preparing job sites for concrete pours 
  • Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete using various hand and power tools 
  • Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces using screeds, trowels, floats, and other finishing tools 
  • Perform demolition, site prep, and cleanup duties as needed 
  • Set up and dismantle concrete forms, molds, and rebar according to specifications 
  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, power buggies, and compactors when required 
  • Work efficiently as part of a crew under the direction of a foreman or supervisor 
  • Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditions 
  • Mentor and assist less experienced crew members as needed 
Job Requirements 
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews on construction sites 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution 
  • Plan, schedule, and delegate tasks to ensure project deadlines are met 
  • Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards throughout each phase of the job 
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to laborers, operators, and skilled tradespeople 
  • Communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and inspectors 
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies 
  • Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials, and equipment usage 
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays quickly and efficiently 
  • Conduct site safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE and safety procedures 
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and team growth 
  • Inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation 
  • Serve as the point of contact for crew questions, concerns, and job instructions 
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site that reflects professionalism and quality 
Job Requirements

  • Install various types of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems 
  • Lay and align pipe in trenches 
  • Cut, fit, and join pipe sections using hand tools or machinery as required 
  • Set and secure manholes, catch basins, valves, and other utility structures 
  • Operate compactors, lasers, levels, and other grade-checking tools to maintain precision 
  • Assist with rigging, hoisting, and guiding heavy pipe sections into place 
  • Work alongside equipment operators and site supervisors to coordinate tasks 
  • Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditions 
  • Mentor and assist less experienced crew members as needed 
Job Requirements

  • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small equipment under supervision 
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and site foremen to complete tasks efficiently 
  • Support the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures 
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, gravel, and asphalt 
  • Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions as directed 
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents 
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to assist with the completion of projects
