- Triaxle Dump Truck ExperienceÂ
- Class A or B CDL License requiredÂ
- Must read and write in EnglishÂ

- Maintain accurate logs and reportsÂ
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checksÂ
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and complianceÂ
- Load and unload materials safely using forklifts or manual methods as neededÂ
- Follow all traffic laws, safety and DOT regulationsÂ
- Communicate job site needs, delays, or issues with supervisors or dispatchÂ
- Transport materials and equipment to construction sites, or delivery locationsÂ
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferredÂ
- Must be punctual and reliableÂ
- Assist in setting forms and preparing job sites for concrete poursÂ
- Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete using various hand and power toolsÂ
- Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces using screeds, trowels, floats, and other finishing toolsÂ
- Perform demolition, site prep, and cleanup duties as neededÂ
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms, molds, and rebar according to specificationsÂ
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, power buggies, and compactors when requiredÂ
- Work efficiently as part of a crew under the direction of a foreman or supervisorÂ
- Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditionsÂ
- Mentor and assist less experienced crew members as neededÂ
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews on construction sitesÂ
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate executionÂ
- Plan, schedule, and delegate tasks to ensure project deadlines are metÂ
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards throughout each phase of the jobÂ
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to laborers, operators, and skilled tradespeopleÂ
- Communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and inspectorsÂ
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policiesÂ
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials, and equipment usageÂ
- Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays quickly and efficientlyÂ
- Conduct site safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE and safety proceduresÂ
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and team growthÂ
- Inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safe operationÂ
- Serve as the point of contact for crew questions, concerns, and job instructionsÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized job site that reflects professionalism and qualityÂ
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferredÂ
- Must be punctual and reliableÂ
- Install various types of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systemsÂ
- Lay and align pipe in trenchesÂ
- Cut, fit, and join pipe sections using hand tools or machinery as requiredÂ
- Set and secure manholes, catch basins, valves, and other utility structuresÂ
- Operate compactors, lasers, levels, and other grade-checking tools to maintain precisionÂ
- Assist with rigging, hoisting, and guiding heavy pipe sections into placeÂ
- Work alongside equipment operators and site supervisors to coordinate tasksÂ
- Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditionsÂ
- Mentor and assist less experienced crew members as neededÂ
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferredÂ
- Must be punctual and reliableÂ

- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small equipment under supervisionÂ
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site foremen to complete tasks efficientlyÂ
- Support the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structuresÂ
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, gravel, and asphaltÂ
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions as directedÂ
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidentsÂ
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist with the completion of projectsÂ
